Yevhen Hlibovytsky

Ukrainian public intellectual. His interests are focused on understanding the transformation trajectories of Ukraine and other former Soviet countries. He was a key expert in developing the 2030 youth policy strategy for the government of Ukraine and participated in the development of other long-term frameworks for government, civil society, and international institutions. The recent domestic focus for Yevhen Hlibovytsky was the grassroots transformation in Donbas and Kherson. Besides Ukraine, Yevhen Hlibovytsky for many years had been doing research and expert work in Georgia and Kyrgyzstan. He has also been part of the bilateral Polish-Ukrainian and German-Ukrainian expert political dialogues. He is a lecturer at the Ukrainian Catholic University and a member of the supervisory board of the Ukrainian Public Broadcasting. He is a founder of pro.mova, a think tank, and a consultancy.
