heads the political department of Kultura Liberalna. He holds a Doctorate in Philosophy and a Master’s degree in law from the University of Warsaw. He has been a visiting scholar at the University of Pittsburgh and Indiana University Bloomington.

He is also the author of “Nowy liberalizm. Jak zrozumieć i wykorzystać kryzys III RP” (“New Liberalism: How to Understand and Respond to the Crisis of the Third Republic of Poland”).
